Exercise goals
At least 30 mins of exercise every day. NO EXCUSES
Body Balance class once a week
One other class (cycle or pump) once a week
Couch to 5k
Can use 1 "get out of Jail Free" card per week in case of dinners with friends etc.
Weigh in day is Friday. All starts 1st January.
